Autumn, a season of change is here; we will share how to become deeply nourished through ritual of eating well. You are what you eat, and becoming more in tune with what your bodies needs can create the best grounded and radiant version of yourself. Jen will share a set of gentle warm up and stretching exercises that help to create better circulation, change in mood and enhanced digestion. Discussing how food can improve digestion and how to eating more nutrient-dense and mineral-rich high vibrational foods for the changing season as well as multiple ways of preparing foods for this time of year. Learn how to Infuse herbs into your meals which have powerful and tasty healing benefits. You'll take home tips and short cuts, delicious and simple recipes to explore and a fresh perspective on creating balance from the inside out. This will be followed by a group hypnosis to restore balance in the body, strengthen the intuitive connection to food and cravings. Your body know your what need through out the day, the group hypnosis will turn up the connection between your mind and body to become more aligned with with your bodies needs.
Jen Jaffe is an artist, beauty wellness advisor and home herbalist who began her working life modeling for Elite Agency at 17. Her love for nature and the elements informs all of her practices. Her approach to self-care includes preparing and eating high vibrational foods in tune with the seasons; caring for one's inner and outer ecosystems; and exploring movement, joy and compassion. Jen has studied with Senior Iyengar Yoga teachers Kevin Gardiner and Mary Dunn, Beauty expert Emma Graves at the Brooklyn Herborium and Herbalist Rosemary Gladstar. She has worked with plant based chefs Chad Sarno and Elaina Love at Organic ave, taught education and artistry for Deborah Lippmann cosmetics and other brands. She's a contributing writer for Beautylish and works with nutritional skincare at the Brooklyn Herborium. Jen's involvement in yoga and health foods spans over twenty years.
