In this beauty from the inside out workshop, we will work together through dialog and group hypnosis, to gain the keys to open the connection to more happiness and turn up the inner glow. We will create a dialogue to remove the block for you to be more connected and become more present in your life. This can include uncovering clues on how to recognize the patterns you may be living over and over with yourself or others. This group hypnosis is designed to help you shift yourself, so your relationship to the view of the world around you can shift. The workshop will also support you with the tools to bridge a stronger sense of your own patterns all the while building a sense of peace inside, trust, safety and confidence in your mind and body. All issues blocking you from becoming truly happy are welcome.
